Working with glass by hand means being present throughout the process — shaping it, adjusting it and responding to the material as it changes.
Glass doesn’t wait. It has to be worked while it’s hot, and every movement matters.
There are hands behind every curve, every detail and every finished piece.
That human involvement is something a machine can’t quite recreate.
TIME IS PART OF IT
Handmade takes time.
Each piece is worked individually rather than coming off a production line by the hundreds. It means giving attention to the object in front of us, allowing the material to take shape rather than rushing toward the finished result.
And we like that idea.
In a world built around making things faster, there’s something valuable about an object that simply took the time it needed to be made.
